From the late 1500's until today Shakespeare has been one of the best writers in the world or is he? 

Most people have heard at least one of his plays, but not many have heard of  where Shakespeare went to school or how he learned to read and write. This suggests that Shakespeare might of never wrote any of his works. Many present day scholars have theory's that suggest Shakespeare had a co-author, or he didn't even write any of his works.
